Tymothe is a new-contemporary artist fusing autobiographical and physiological experiences into his artworks, prodimently working in acrylic paints, and ever exploring. Old Skool meets New Skool. Heavy black outlines and flat organic forms narrate the fluid-scapes of juxtaposing dimension and colorful palettes. Tim believes as a kid born in 1990, it gives him a quaint perspective of our existence.
Utilizing traditional and modern tools to compose his artworks, rendering abstracted three-dimensional figures that are then used for reference images to create preliminary sketches and final works. Tymothe’s creative style is left to the viewer. Each artwork is of one make but each of their own style with strong attributes of abstraction, surrealism, art-brut, and pop art. Experiences are essential to the conscious of popular culture and unity.
Mixing flat landscapes and dimensional forms with references of the world that surrounds us. Fluid patterns found in clusters and flowing throughout compositions as expressive or narrative. The use of negative space and black and/or white contrast helps to create depth and energy for color. Learning to desire less of the need to control, is to better understand the depths of our existence. Thus providing the confidence to embrace curiosity and adversity.
