Account Creation and Login

If you do not have an account already on AlwaysArt.com, tap “Sign Up” on the app and create an account by providing your first name, last name, email, phone number, and a password. Alternatively, you can go to AlwaysArt.com and create an account there.

Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can send an email to [email protected] and provide your full name and email. Alternatively, you can go to AlwaysArt.com and tap the “Forgot Password” link.

App Updates

App updates are automatic. You can also download a new version manually from the App Store.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

There are NO in-app purchases or subscriptions. We will not email or text you for any payment. If you receive such a text, please ignore it and notify us immediately.

Privacy and Data Usage Policies

App Navigation

  • Primary Grid View: In the top right, tap the "..." menu to change the grid view, sort by function
  • Detailed View:
  • Tap: Tap on an artwork to enter the detailed view.
  • Swipe Left/Right: Swipe left or right to navigate between artworks.
  • Swipe Up: Swipe up to show more information.
  • Swipe Down: Swipe down to hide information or return to the grid view. If you are on the show information screen, the first swipe down will remove the extra information, and the second swipe down will return to the grid view.
  • Tap (Slideshow): While in the detailed view, tapping the screen turns on the slideshow view. Tapping again will exit this view.
  • Carousel: In the detailed view, a carousel at the bottom allows quick navigation through the collection. Tap on an image to bring it into view.
  • Bottom Navigation: The bottom navigation includes options for Collection View, QR Scan Mode, and Profile Screen/Logout Page.

Delete your Always Art account

You can delete your Always Art App account at any time. Please log in , go to Settings > Account Management to access the account deletion option.
